For climbers with their existing regiments who want some quick advice on their training or tactics
Service Description
30-minute 1:1 video call to augment your own climbing/training regiment. Includes email writeup of key themes/recommendations for you after the call. If you decide to purchase a training plan within the week after your call, Aspect will credit $20 toward your training plan cost (discount limited to one per customer)! Suggested topics, or choose your own: - Approaching fear/mental challenges - Setting S.M.A.R.T. goals - Evaluating a specific climb for technique improvements - Reviewing your current training for potential optimizations - Strategize climbing trip plans For best results, please include your questions in advance when you book. If desired, include links to 1-2 climbing videos you'd like to review.
